OPD Shipping Specialist

* Position 1: OPD Specialist

- Maintain order data/ update forecast and generate the defined reports from Oracle system.

- Coordinate with planning, production, NPI & related depts to arrange shipment out smoothly.

- Prepare export shipment plan including place booking, SI/IFS submission to forwarder, trucking arrangement.

- Create shipping and Customs documents, working closely with customs brokers to solve any issues related to customs clearance and ensure alignment with delivery schedules.

- Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the shipments on time and meet customer requirement.

- Work with related dept in handling the system billing process.

- Take responsibility for managing reports for consolidation & generate required report to management team for presentation.

- Do the project check list with cost analysis for operation process improvement included cost comparison/ project management

- Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

* Position 2: Shipping Specialist

- Creating all shipping reports per Management requested

- Following up Forwarder contracts and submit all payment of import/export cost

- Follow up all export consignment to declare CDs after WH completing loading

- Follow up containers dock in/ dock out/ work with forwarder to dock in/ dock out timely

- Follow Forwarder KPI and cost in parallel

- Other tasks assigned by management

* Working place: Cu Chi (HCMC) or Dau Giay (Dong Nai). Shuttle bus is available for HCMC, Binh Duong or Dong Nai.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree (Import-Export/ International Business/ Logistics,...)

- 2-3 years in Manufacturing company (EPE is preferred)

- Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint, ERP), ERP knowledge & good excel is required (Key things to meet Import/ Export report/ analysis/ presentation by management requested) 

- Good in English communication (writing & speaking)

- Data analysis skill (Power BI/ Power Query) is preferred

- Able to use VNACCS software

- Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling

- Having knowledge of project management is preferred
