Production Manager (Garment)

1. Carry out production planning.

2. Ensure that orders are allocated based on Production Plan from PPIC are executed.

3. Oversee daily running of entire sewing lines.

4. Ensure all lines have sufficient input as plan.

5. Ensure quality standards are met.

6. Ensure on time delivery,(reference stuffing Plan from Shipping)

7. Make sure no short shipment, whatever input quantity output should be the same

8. Ensure all implementations are sustain (especially Block Handling implementation, 6S)

9. Communicate with IE, Zone Supervisor’s, Line leaders, sewing operators hourly for any lines not achieving the target, ensure IE have LB for you to work with the lines.

10. Communicate with Preproduction, Warehouse (Acc+Fab) any issues related to production.

11. Ensure output are pack same day (communicate with Packing dept) to avoid loss of garments.

- Have experience in the position applying for in the garment industry for 3 years or more.

- College degree or higher.

- Priority is given to be good at English

- People who know how to use computers

- Hardworking, eager to learn
