- Oversee and manage the entire quality control process from from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation..
- Develop and deploy quality management system, tools from end to end process to ensure quality meet customer expectation
- Identify and address quality issues promptly. Investigate the root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to integrate quality measures seamlessly into production workflows
- Maintain the system and continually improve its effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Provide product and service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements to support our business.
- Lead team to solve quality issues from production and field through fault isolation, proper risk assessment, disposition, root cause analysis, implementing corrective action, preventing repeated issues from happening.
- Respond quickly and accurately to customers.
- 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Equipped with technical expertise in manufacturing/engineering quality assurance, reliability engineering, and a thorough understanding of quality system management principles.
- Extensive background of using statistical and QA/QC tools to collect, research, and analyze data.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, Customer service handling, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
