Mô tả Công việc

1. Support the leaders to implement reports, analysis; manage sales effiency according to business strategy

• Analizying performance, key drivers, risks and opportunities of business planning
• Calculating and measuring the effectiveness of implemented sale programs and projects
• Closing gaps between bottom-up and top-down figures, forecast and tracking results sale force
• Building, cleaning, integrating and developing data system of department

2. Make daily, weekly, monthly reports to track business results and timely manage volatility

3. Support BDMs in sales promotion programs and activities

4. Implement business policies/directions for sales staff, coordinate with relevant departments to come up with an effective set of sales targets / KPI/incentive policies

5. Support & track hiring plan & attrition management of RMs/AF Managers

6. Develop & execute learning & development programs for AF sales force and different channels

7. Support in tracking key products from time to time: support process and issues related to some strategic products.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Educational Qualifications 

• University degree or higher in one of the followings: Banking, finance, business administration, investment

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise 

• Knowledgeable about banking products and services
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting or similar positions in the banking and finance industry.
• Good data analysis skills, ability to identify and evaluate factors affecting business performance and propose improvement plans.
• Experience using data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle…).

3. Skills

• Required to be good at SQL, Power BI, VBA, Excel …
• Good data management and analysis skills on excel, CRM, SQM, Corebanking,..., good presentation and editing in Word, Power point.
• Work management, sales support management

4. Relevant Experience

• Experience in macro, micro analysis, business planning

5. Required Competencies

• Professional and specialized
• Good teamwork
