- Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client
- Support and solve all requirements of customer (pick up and drop off containers, free time, closing time, SI cut off, customs clearance, goods insurance ....)
- Follow up, check, and update status of shipment and delivery; coordinate with client and internal department to solve the arising problem (if any)
- Data entry via internal system
- Correlate with relevant parties to solve problems arising
- Check rate with Airlines/Shipping Lines, Co-loader, Oversea Agents to quote to clients the best solutions of integrated logistics service (Air-Sea Freight, Road transportations, Customs Clearance, ….) (if any)
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- Over 3 years-experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially in CS and operation (experienced in USA/ Canada route)
- Good English skills, computer skills and communication skills.
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking.
- Honest, passionate, cheerful
