Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating creative and visually appealing design concepts and layouts. This includes designing images for online marketing (Website, Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok, video, etc.) and offline materials, as well as items used in the company's communication activities (catalogues, packaging, banners, standees, posters, etc.).
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team, summarize and advise stakeholders on design briefs, formats, printing production activities, and schedules.
- Photography and video production skills are a plus.
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic design.
- Work with the copywriter and the Marketing Manager to finalize the design.
- Review graphics on various media.
- Modify designs after receiving feedback.
- Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with the brand.
- Regularly communicate with the printing house to ensure deadlines are met and that printed materials are of the highest quality; oversee the printing quality (recommend print service providers, supervise printing, and construction to ensure that the designed materials meet the required quality and aesthetic standards) for materials used in the company's business activities.
- Support other teams/departments as requested.
- Graduated from design schools/courses or related fields in applied graphics.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design related to the retail industry.
- Proficient in using design toolsvsuch as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and other related applications.
- Knowledge of Branding Design.
- Strong teamwork and support skills.
- Aesthetic sense candidates with a background in fine arts/photography are preferred.
- The ability to read and understand documents by English
- Able to work under high pressure.
