1. Develop content strategy and Management • Spearhead creation of content across all channels, for all business streams of Mega Gangnam Vietnam • Develop Content creation includes copy, photo, video and others (as appropriate) • Build and manage a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to the company’s lead capture channels • Develop communication channels including the use of ‘Social Media’ to promote recruitment and retention • Lead the content planning and creation activities to be used as a part of the marketing campaign and organic social media posts. 2. Content Creation - User generated content and POSM • Create outbound content such as newsletters, social media daily/monthly/campaign, advertising content, advertising video script, photo design ideas, video making ideas, infographics, and other • Responsible for developing regular content for social media, website and e-mail newsletters • Responsible for copywriting and ensuring brand voice resonates throughout all physical and digital material • Come up with ideas for designing publications such as magazine, catalogs, brochures, sample boards, salekit ... for products • Create ideas, content, scripts for events at the company • Manage all business support materials (BSM) of the responsible brands and projects (i.e magazine, Starter Kit, new product launch BSMs, etc.) 3. Grow and Nurture New Leads • Grow new leads or nurture existing leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content • Effectively communicate all company value propositions and USPs vs. direct competitor through creating content for physical and digital channels 4. Collaboration and Co-creation • Work with marketing manager and digital specialist to establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand ROI of inbound marketing activities and conversion rate of each campaign • Work with media units, newspapers, and associations Have many relationships with agencies, designers, manufacturers and outsource.... 5. To handle job responsibilities by special assignments. • Work with other departments as a team to achieve the company’s targets in each special project/assignment. • Set monthly/annual goals for the Communications & Content Team. • Develop and manage the internal communications budget to ensure appropriate and effective spending on internal events and collaterals. • The success of this role may be measured by the increased volume of engagements on social platforms and qualify leads • Report to PR Manager

Have experience working for cosmetics, skincare & make up, clinic, fashion and beauty corporations. • Hands on experience in content management of various digital channels (social media, PR, web, Marketing automation, etc.) • This is a person with good taste, aesthetics and knows how to create many new concepts and banners suitable for the brand • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (Business, marketing, communications, or eCommerce degree is preferred) • Have more than 5 years experiences in social media and content management (script, copywriting, social media, SEO, and video content creation) • Proven work experience as a social media/content manager/leader
