Mô tả Công việc

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Work with hiring managers and schedule pre-recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.

2. Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.

3. Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow-up information from hiring managers for follow-up to candidates.

4. Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.

5. Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.

6. When necessary, arrange travel for candidates out of the area to interview, tour, etc.

7. Manage the student/co-op program for all areas, including attendance at job fairs, campus career days, etc.

8. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, OFCCP and other guidelines and laws.

9. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required Experience:

1. 3 Years’ Recruiting Experience. Agency experience is preferred.

2. Sourcing & Boolean knowledge is desired.

3. Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems; Jobvite is preferred.

4. Must have great communication skills as this person will be interacting with all levels of the organization.

5. Must have great organizational & Time Management skills.

6. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change very quickly.

7. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.

Education:

1. Bachelors of Science in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
