Accountant Supervisor

Mô tả Công việc

- Preparing financial statement, monthly/yearly report for HQ request

- Declare & make the payment for VAT, PIT, WHT, … monthly/ quarterly/yearly

- Prepare accounting book under VAS

- Submit report to Government (Investment planning department/Statistics…)

- Record payment receive and clear AR balance, prepare AR report & AR provision

- Prepare stock monthly report and make provision

- Check and prepare Remittance & Send docs to Bank, prepare Bank & AP report

- Post Purchase order invoice and record expense non-purchase order

- Follow and control Fixed Asset

- Prepare entries for closing month

- Saving original documents

- Work with Tax Authority, Government, Auditor, HQ… about finance field

- Other tasks assigned by FM/Senior FM

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduate in accounting and / or finance.

- Minimum 5-10 years working experience, at least 4-5 years’ experience as chief accountant.

- Deep VAS & Tax rule knowledge and experience.
