The Brand Leader - Ecommerce field will be responsible for working with Singapore team to develop brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. The Brand Leader will play an ownership role in strategic planning and execution of the go-to market strategy for the assigned e-Commerce platforms and brands. Primary responsibilities include develop and implement brand-building strategies that increase sales/profits and customer engagement. Running daily operations of the e-Commerce’s stores for an assigned set of brands.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
· Propose, develop and execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy and go-to market approach
· Maintain quality control of the product listings, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing are up to date.
· Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve e-Commerce stores performance;
· Oversee marketplace management, digital marketing operations and digital platform operations;
· Forecasting of annual sales and management of inventory planning & replenishment;
· Identify and execute the marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, Display ads;
· Partner with Digital Advisor, Client Sales, Creative Development, and Support departments on launch successes including merchandizing, performance management, etc.;
· Performing market research; Monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; Analyse brand positioning, consumer insights and other various data including, but not limited to sales trend, conversion rates and return trends.
· Proven working experience as e-commerce brand leader
· Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to the brand’s owners.
· Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
· Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, and good presentation skills
· Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
· Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
· Good communication skills in English
· Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
· Degree in marketing or a related field
