Sales Effectiveness:
Master WSE products, presentation, and objection handling. Personalize interactions and involve decision-makers as needed. Develop strong closing skills and achieve sales targets. Adapt to both online and in-center presentations. Student Engagement and In-Center Collaboration:
Plan and strategize renewals and new students monthly. Schedule and conduct advising sessions effectively. Ensure student satisfaction and seek referrals. Collaborate with DSF team and maintain good relationships. Time Management and Professionalism:
Prepare and validate monthly sales plans. Prioritize existing students and follow up with prospects. Maintain accurate CRM data and establish a daily sales routine. Attend all required training and coaching sessions.

Premium Sales and Service Experience:
University/College degree Service-oriented mindset with professional appearance and confident attitude Strong interpersonal skills, solution-driven, and excellent negotiation abilities Energetic, positive, and able to present ideas convincingly Ambitious and competitive with clear goals Minimum 2 years of sales experience (education, insurance, hospitality, automotive, or fitness preferred) Stellar communication skills in English and Vietnamese Collaborative team player Proficient in engaging prospects face-to-face and over the phone Strong trust-building and high-quality care skills Ability to work under pressure with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
