Job Description:
To issue office receipts, manage bills for residents, and ensure compliance with legal requirements by issuing VAT invoices daily.
To prepare account and receivable payments.
To generate essential daily reports, including collection & cash reports.
To support to formulate, implement, and monitor the daily accounting policies and procedures of the Finance department.
Other assigned duties as and when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or professional qualification from a recognised Accounting body
At least 2 year post qualification working experience in the finance, accounting functions
Experience in property development is preferable

Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
