GREEN HYDROGEN SYSTEM MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Research, design, calculate structures and prepare technical documents for engines of various types of steam engines, boilers, and pressure of Hydrogen systems.

Perform tasks related to fault diagnosis and provide combustion engine repair options

Handle quality problems that arise when operating the Hydrogen system

Carry out inspection, maintenance and repair of H2 generator systems

Operate and program CNC lathes.

Plan and control from preparation, implementation, acceptance and handover of Hydrogen systems

Organize quality control according to project technical requirements and Company standards.

Work with outside mechanical manufacturers to place orders and monitor the manufacturing process of products ordered by the company.

Plan and report periodic work.

- Knowledge

• Graduated from University majoring in: Mechanical engineering, manufacturing mechanics, dynamics...
• Understanding of mechanical processing, calculating the structure of parts using material strength., ... mechanical transmission devices
• Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (Autocad, Inventor, SolidWorks).
• Ability to research technical documents and design according to Vietnamese and international standards 

- Skill

• Have skills in exploiting software such as PLC, HMI, Scada, AutoCAD,...
• Have skills in reading and understanding technical documents, exploiting information on the web platform, and proficiently using office software.

- Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing mechanics, dynamics...
• Have experience in boilers, or oil and gas
• Know how to analyze and calculate materials, make maintenance plans, estimate materials, etc.
• Technical and communication English proficiency.
