1. Strategically plan and manage Commercial team, OPS team, logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service (nationwide) team, design strategy and set or get goals for rowth aligned ITL strategy
2. Ensure effective management and takes responsibility for P&L, cost and revenue management and controls/supervises consolidated budget.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
3. Assign staff to liaise and negotiate with clients, suppliers and transport companies (outsourcing)
4. Standardize, then upgrade level services of CL operation of Group (ITL, other subsidiaries …) such as
- Build up & deploy WMS to manage data & operations
- Optimize and coordinate the full process of warehouse and transportation. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Arrange and plan out the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets (OTIF)
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations. Set internal policies and processes. Continuously look for improvements to operations
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
5. Interaction with many BU, Dept to serve customers well
- Working tightly Commercial Team (ITL Corporation) at any bidding or big projects
- Connecting proactively with various departments (other Products) to achieve KPIs effectively and manage customers expectations (support team: FA, HR, SHE, Compliance…)
6. Direct the employee assessment process
- Plan, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Build up strong team by training, coaching (expertise & mindset)
- Nurturing IPDP team, MT team for successors.
- Rotation & development staff among all locations of WH, DC…
7. Be in charge of new project with new customers. Maximizing the whole WH, DC…nationwide for the best results (manpower, resources…utilizing).
8. Make a relationship with Investors, partners, Governments, Outsourcing…when needed.
9. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- Ensures prompt and efficient service at all times
- Ensures that the team maintain a high level of personal presentation, wearing correct uniform and offering a professional, courteous and friendly service.
10. Attends to customer complaints promptly with professionalism, empathy, providing feedback and initiating corrective action where required
- Monitors overall customer satisfaction following up satisfaction survey results, comment cards, emails, letters and phone calls
11. Complaint from Customers: keep track on number of complaints, customer always rights target, satisfaction all kinds of clients, surveying program to client
