Job Summary
Manage Employee relations, enterprise foundation and set up, procedure and guidelines, compliance with internal and external for enterprise’s healthy, performance key indicators, compensation and benefits function by developing and administering the company’s rewards programme as well as analysing compensation data and trends.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee the effectiveness of existing rewards policies, guidelines, systems and procedures, recommend revisions and new plans that are cost effective and consistent with rewards trends and aligned to overall strategic goals;
· Consult, collaborate and work with internal business partners including HRBPs, Finance etc senior management and HODs to assess rewards requirements and advise/propose appropriate rewards solutions to support business needs in attracting, motivating and retaining talents;
· Interpret survey data and market trends to determine competitive position via benchmarking, identify key issues and provide recommendations to support growth and expansion;
· Ensure HR systems and analytics are developed and improved from time to time to meet the needs of rewards and HR requirements;
· Ensure that rewards programme complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as minimum wages etc;
· Manage and work with external HR consultants on rewards programme and benchmark best practices for reports and compensation elated communication materials for presentation to Board members, management team and employees;
· Ensure that all administered compensation and benefits packages are up-to-date with current industry, abreast with new trends, developments, laws and regulations related to administration of rewards programme;
· Monitors compensation trends and reviews market data to benchmark compensation structures;
· Understand and keep abreast with changes in local laws regulating compensation practices to maintain compliance with government regulations;
· Be responsible for various other tasks including KPI/KRA tracking; Manpower planning and budgeting; Collaboration with Heads of Department (HODs) for employee relations (employment and termination); Collaboration with Finance for health check audit and Tax audit; Collaboration with Heads of Department for employee relations (employment and termination); Management of all memorandums, SOPs, procedures, and policies;
· To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company;
· Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
