To be responsible for pushing sales of each MT account (Supermarkets and CVS: Circle K, Familymart, GS25,...) including planning promotion & solving problems related to PO, and delivery.
Assist KAM in developing planning & execution, maximizing the category potential.
Be responsible for Campaign/ Promotion of Customer: planning and tracking execution at the store to make sure the campaign keep on time, respect commercial policies and strategy of the company, and evaluate promotion effectiveness.
Work with Trade team to monitor trade spend & build promotions that achieve sales objectives and fit the ROI of the account.
Follow up PO with customer, and manage/ training the daily execution of Sales
Man to ensure stock fulfillment on the shelf available.
Coordinate with Finance team to follow up on the payment status of customers to make sure all the steps happen under policy & process.
Build & maintain relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met, and they are satisfied with the products provided by the company.

Graduated College of Business Adminstration or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the same level, experienced in planning of MT Channel at FMCG, Beverage & Food, Milk field.
