1. Transferring VOLUME, MARKET SHARE, PROFIT… according to the company‘s annual plan through increasing BRAND HEALTH of the brands of Brand incharge
- Implement & Proposal to improve the Marketing plans of Brands: Coordinate with divisions, departments throughout the Company and external partners to jointly implement Marketing plans of Brands: To hand over VOLUME, MARKET SHARE goals , PROFIT through increasing BRAND HEALTH for Brands incharge.
- Implement, monitor, report, suggest improvements according to the brand in charge: on Marketing 4P (distribution, communication, price, product, positioning) 360 media campaign, Marketing budget (including market research) for current and new products, to increase market share, brand health, output, at a reasonable cost, ensure spending is within DMEC index /Net Sales has been approved for optimal profit for the company for Brands incharge
- Implement, monitor and report creative activities of the Brand in charge, propose improvements for Brands incharge in order to reach consumers in the most impressive way so that they remember advertising, brand benefits; From there, create a buying desire to increase sales volume for Brands incharge
2. Develop and follow the company‘s policy process to ensure the operation and delivery of the Output target, Brand Health
- Comply with and implement procedures, work instructions, work processes, policies, job descriptions to implement actions to deliver short, medium and long term strategic goals of the company.
3. Analyze, report and propose solutions from research results, market surveys to identify and satisfy consumer needs to increase sales volume.
- Coordinate with Market Research Department to carry out research and analysis of potential needs of customers to identify and analyze market segments for Marketing‘s investment efforts, to implement all both market research with relevant Agencies (3rd party) convenient, right project timeline
4. Building the successor team for the company through training and developing people to operate and comply with the processes and policies to hand over the Output target, Brand Health
- Comply with and participate in human development training programs and tasks assigned by superiors in order to achieve the short, medium and long-term strategic goals of the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Or Finance.
Proficient in MS Office
Good in English
At least 2 years of experience in coordinating with superiors in managing priority FMCG brands in the beverage.
Understand Marketing activities (4Ps) and coordinate brand business activities (Product positioning, pricing, communication, distribution channels).
Experience in operating and deploying 360 Brand Communication to the market (TV, Digital, OOH, Activation....) and IMC process.
Participated with superiors in creative work and filmed TVC with international creative agencies, understood the role of Account, Ceative Director, Planner, Production House...
