1. Purpose: To assist QA/QC Manager to build the quality management system follow BRC/ FSMA …. and apply activities control, Maintain system, responsible for audit from third party, customer. Responsibility for overall quality management activities including raw material input, packaging material, work in process, output, ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality system as prescribed by the company.
2. Responsibility:
Build the system, Establish Procedures, apply, maintain, and improve follow BRC requirements.
Monitor, update, and evaluate the quality management system.
Cooperate with relevant to conduct internal audits, Food safety training program
Main responsible for audit with CB, and customer, including onsite and online audits
Handle customer complaints
Handle supplier Management program
Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
Perform the task required by the Quality Manager.

3. Personality, Personal ability:
University graduate food major or related industries.
At least experience 3 years in a similar position.
Knowledgeable and experienced in the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP, BRC,….
Skilled management and organization.
Capable of teamwork.
Communication skills.
Good in English communication is a MUST
4. Working conditionals:
Work hour: 8h00 – 17h00 every Mons to Fris (Sats 08:00 – 12:00).
Working place: B10 - Tien Nga Warehouse, Tan Cang hamlet, Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, Vietnam.
Shuttle bus provided from HCM to the factory.
