QA AUDITOR/ QA MANAGER

Our client is a renowned American apparel brand. Due to increased business, we are seeking a new potential QA Auditor with the following details:

Position Summary

To manage and execute the Company product audits and QA standards implementation throughout the factory base in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Vendor training for QA requirement (i.e visual inspect and garment measurements, ect)
• Conduct new factory on-boarding and production capability assessment
• Conduct quality training programs and improvement sessions in assigned area of responsibility
• Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues and problems on assigned area of responsibility
• Follow up factory correction and action plan (CAP)
• Maintain and monitor quality procedural implementation in factory
• Drive the scheduling of annual retraining/ certification of certified Vendor auditors
• Conducting in-line/end- line inspections for critical programs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 6+ years of experience in apparel industry
• Experience in managing and conducting in-line/end-line inspections
• Experience in factory set-up/ systems with understanding of apparel machinery
• Both oral and written in English and Vietnamese.
• Diploma required; Degree preferred.
