Mô tả Công việc

- Responsible for accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, payroll,...
- Responsible for month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet submission
- Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
- Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes by payroll service
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and bank reports
- Corporate and support to overseas headquarters in Singapore
- Report to Japanese headquarters
- Meeting with accounting firm in Vietnamese

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 5 years working experience as Accountant
- English:Upper-Intermediate Level (to communicate with boss in Singapore)
- Japanese N2 level (to communicate with JPHQ, reading and writing skills required. Other staff can support speaking)
- Chief Accountant Certificate
