Mô tả Công việc

  • ​Plays a key role in CFF commercial decisions & actions.
  • Manage Retail team
  • Lead the team to achieve Company sales objectives and growth targets .
  • Create A&P with the Marketing Manager within budget allocated and build business plan with suppliers.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Prospect for potential new key clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Sets and controls basic call procedures, frequency of visits to ABC type of customers; focus of sales activities to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
  • Formulates strategies and action plans to achieve CFF sales and margin objectives.
  • Monitors sales team activity.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Good communication, advice and negotiation skills.
  • Planning and implementation skills.
  • Management skills, training, staff development.
  • Meticulousness, focused on results, teamwork, high commitment.
  • Prior experience in MT channel sales.
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
