Accountable and responsible for leading teams to meet individual and business growth and sales targets.
Conduct weekly sales meetings to strategically handle pricing, complaints, collections, and sales volumes.
Recognize industry trends and demands, offer advice, and put suitable company plans into action.
Manages relationships with customers with an eye toward ongoing improvement.
Responsible for the debt incurred in collecting receivables.
Create a sales training program to assist in the development of both new and current team members.
Take corrective measures and pinpoint sales hazards.
Weekly, monthly, or annual reports to the general director as needed.

Male/Female, 29-45 Years old
Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales, construction or a relevant field.
At least 5 years experience in a similar position selling construction machinery
Good at English
