Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
Assisting management team members and executives as needed
Creating and processing sales promptly
Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 1 year of experience in the same position.
Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
Fast learner, Independence, passion for sales
Strong research and organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
