SCM SUPERVISOR (PURCHASING)

1. Monitor all materials consumption and controlling norm of material consumption for export production.
2. Check import plan for some materials according to superior’s assignment
3. Update new regulation relating to import – export & purchasing field
4. Manage and negotiate with existing direct - indirect raw material supplier
5. Coordinate with warehouse and direct - indirect material suppliers to ensure having enough material stock level for production.
6. Review all Contracts and all reports which were made by subordinates.
7. Supervise and control SCM staffs in their assigned tasks.
8. Prepare and propose annual budgets of SCM department.
9. Deploy the company objectives and target throughout organization
10. Update direct superior on urgent issues immediately and consult as required
11. Operate under company’s regulations and ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements
12. Other responsibilities as per assignment of superiors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 3 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.
• Knowledge and experience in spare parts management for local and international procurement (Food & Beverage).
•  A Bachelor's degree or higher level with a major in Business Administration or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Computer skill: Microsoft office

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
