Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in selling food chemicals for savory applications. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the savory food chemicals sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present and promote company products to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide technical support and product information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the food chemicals industry, with a focus on savory applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of food chemicals and their applications in the savory sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
