What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with recruiters' and interview teams' calendars and time zones, providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Preparing and generating offer letters/employment contracts for selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Managing the reimbursement process for candidate travel expenses, ensuring timely processing and compliance with expense policies
Handling invoicing processes related to recruitment agency services, ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining strong relationships with our recruitment partners.
Facilitating the procurement process for recruitment-related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Providing comprehensive administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers, including document preparation, data entry, and system updates, enabling them to focus on strategic recruitment activities.
Ensuring standardization with processes and procedures within talent acquisition shared services, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
Delivering excellent service and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, enhancing Synopsys' employer brand.
Acting as strategic partners to global recruiters, collaborating closely to understand their needs and provide effective support and solutions
