The Opportunity:

We’re looking for highly-motivated team members to join our research team. This is a great opportunity for new grads or if you’re ready for a career change.

This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere. You’ll need to be available for meetings 2-3 times a week from 8 pm - 12 am Vietnam time to collaborate with our US-based team. Outside of these hours, you have the flexibility to work at your out time as long as you meet your targets.

Your Role:

• Begin by thoroughly studying the client’s hiring request to grasp the specific profiles and qualifications they are looking for.
• Utilize a variety of resources such as Crunchbase, CB Insights, Google, and ChatGPT to compile a list of target companies.
• Identify and source profiles from the target companies. This includes leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to find the best matches.
• Regularly share detailed research insights with the project team. This includes feedback on candidate quality, market trends, and potential adjustments to the sourcing strategy to optimize results.
• Maintain detailed records of your research process, candidate lists, and sourcing outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in different roles, functions, and industries.
