Develop and implement business strategies and plans for the company's growth
Direct and resolve issues related to operations and customer needs
Research the market and develop new services to meet customer demands
Establish investment and business plans to maximize profits
Maintain good relationships with customers and shareholders
Stay updated on industry trends and business information

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in warehouse management
Knowledge of quality standards, technical specifications, and legal regulations related to storage and transportation of goods
Strong sales and marketing skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and identify root causes of issues
Strong organizational and leadership skills
