- Work Location: District 1, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 26M

<Job Responsibilities>

Execution in frozen processed food trading and business development.

1. New staff shall belong to the Retail Business Department with the following missions:

- Exporting frozen processed food (grilled fish filet, shrimp tempura, takoyaki, kakiage, etc.)

- Business development in Vietnam Market especially in local distribution channel and RTE (ready-to-eat). To achieve this biz dev, conduct market research, organize the long list, visit candidates, and make a proposal with the business hypothesis.

2. New staff shall belong to an export team of the Retail Business Department as PIC with the following jobs;

- Visiting the factory with customers frequently to negotiate or to confirm taste, quality, hygiene production, etc.

- Conducting a trip to find and confirm alternative suppliers or row materials suppliers including farming fields.

- Exporting frozen processed food to overseas markets, especially Japan.

- Importing raw materials (such as seafood) for our manufacturers.

- Managing the above trading account and logistics.

- Making proactive proposals for new trading businesses with a deep understanding of organizational strategy and business plan.

- Arranging appointments, accommodations, and transportation when visitors come.

- Cooperating with the team to contribute to achieving the company's business plan in total.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Language: English - Business Level and Japanese - Conversational Level

- Experience:

+ Having experience in procurement, sales, and negotiation based on international trade

+ Good knowledge of international trade and logistics

+ Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- Personality and social skills:

- Good communication skills with a sense of teamwork.

- Motivated to find opportunities.

- Having the mind of compliance with integrity
