Position: Project Sales Engineer - Robotics and Machines
Job Code: 103712
Responsibility
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users and partners, especially big customers in automotive/motorcycles, electronics, and food and beverages
• Identify and develop business opportunities and product applications, marketing and sales activities mainly for big customers, FDI customers, and projects using robots and servo motors
• Implement sales plans & strategies and solicit sales to achieve set sales targets within product range (robots, servo, machine systems).
• Pursue sales lead, promote products, and propose solutions, products, engineering, service, training, part sales, and repairs
• Support and work with the robotics team to provide technical and commercial proposals, technical consultation and service training, seminars, etc.
• Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Working location: Bac Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam
- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000~30,000,000VND

Requirements
・Age: 26 - 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: University Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical field
・Language: English at Intermediate-level
・Experience: having at least 4-5 years of working experience and success stories in big projects and big customers in robotics and machine business.
・Others:
• Capability to work independently to develop new customers and new market segments under challenging budget
• Good networking connection and a good understanding of big customers and FDI customers in the robot/machine market
