<Job Responsibilities> : Be the first local member of the company
・Human Resources
‐ Establish and operate of internal rules and personnel evaluation system
・Accounting
‐ Contact work with accounting subcontractors (invoice processing, handling of account settlement operations, etc.)
・General Affairs
‐ Support to Director (translation, interpretation, schedule management, business trip arrangements, negotiations with apartment companies, etc.)
‐ Support for visitors (serving tea, receiving mail, etc.)
‐ Reimburse of expenses, cash management
‐ Monitor Production and logistics management
‐ Manage take-back plan, PO order, and logistics arrangement in cooperation with Japan and Thailand
・Sales Support
‐ Accompany the director on visits to customers and suppliers in Vietnam and provide interpretation
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience:
‐ At least 3 years of experience as a General Affairs
- Worked in a start-up phase and experienced in establishing internal personnel evaluation systems
・Others:
- Be willing to become a manager in the future
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience:
‐ Work in the Japanese company
- At least 3 years experience working in the FMCG industry and doing multicable tasks (Sales support, GA, Accounting, etc...)
