<Job Responsibilities>
【Pay roll】
・Manage Labor and Probation contracts
・Manage Salary Calculation & Pay Slip Distribution (monthly)
・Manage Social Insurance Management

【System】
・Master control of the MISA HR system

【Recruitment】
・Hire Corporate staff and Workers

【Administration】
・Check and Revise HR related policy and regulation & its implementation
・Evaluate all staff
・Set up HR development & Implementation of Loyalty Program
・PIC of WP Issue for Japanese
・Planning Company Event

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as HR

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working in logistics and Warehouse company (more than 5 years)
・Microsoft software (Windows, Office, Email...)

<Personality Requirement>
・Honest, hardworking, willing to learn, active work attitude, communication and reporting level English - 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
