<Job Responsibilities>
1. Goal achievement: Define KPI and KGI using the Management by Objective framework. Assist subordinates in setting their own KPIs and KGIs, along with action plans to achieve them.
2. Marketing Strategy
• Develop a section’s strategy and collaborate with section members to create an action plan that includes challenging, yet achievable sales targets aligned with the strategy set by DM.
• Propose sales and profit targets along with appropriate KPIs and KGIs for all products within the assigned segment.
• Monitor the progress of marketing actions and sales results.
• Review the outcomes and set tactics to address any issues aiming to achieve the established targets.
• Strengthen customer relationships to gather valuable information and organize collaborative events
3. Market visualization & Analysis
• Regularly update market information within the assigned segment and report the results to DM.
• Engage in on-site activities with Sales Management and FSE teams to understand customer demands, needs, and challenges. Provide support and training to distributors.
• Analyze market data, seeking advice from DM in the assigned segment.
4. New Product Launch
• Engage with the PIC of the assigned segment in both HQ and APAC Marketing teams.
• Develop and propose a comprehensive product launch plan, including pricing strategies, to DM, and prepare a presentation for SMD managers.
• Present an investment plan that encompasses demo assets to DM
• Analyze market data with guidance from DM within the assigned segment. Identify bottlenecks and formulate hypotheses to create an effective marketing plan.
5. Outside Communication
• Regularly submit monthly and quarterly reports on market information to DM.
• Conduct business meetings with collaborating companies to exchange insights on the market situation.
• Attend periodic regional meetings and provide updates on the business environment and progress, sharing our business situation and customer feedback with APAC team.
6. Event Planning/ Market development
• Strategize and execute impactful promotional events in collaboration with the event planning section, aligning with the established action plan.
• Prepare promotional materials to effectively showcase our products, ensuring strong support for marketing efforts.
• Manage event budgets to avoid excess spending and focus on maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
7. SMD / Service / RA /SCM support
• Collaborate closely with each PIC to ensure smooth and productive actions across SMD, Service, MA, RA, and SCM.
8. Training
• Based on the established plan, provide and conduct training for section members on daily operations. Develop product training plans for distributors and internal members, specifically new products.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male preferred
- Age: 30 - 40
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree or above
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ Having 10 years of experience in marketing roles including 3 years working in the medical device/ equipment field
+ Having management experience for at least 1 year
+ In-depth knowledge of the medical device market (preferably Endoscopy or Laparoscopy)
- Other skills:

+ Ability to go on business trips frequently

<Preferable Skills>
- Having Japanese skills is highly preferred
