- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 50M ~ 65M VND Gross

<Job Responsibilities>
- Strategic activities to maximize the value of development projects.
- Consideration of sales prices of products in our township PJ (Lowrise housing, condominiums, etc) and tenant fees for commercial facilities.
- Market research to attract tenants.
- Recruitment through web advertisement.
- Management of subordinates.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing in the Real Estate industry or Construction developer.
- At least 3 years of management experience, team size is not required.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience:
- Have around 10 years of work experience in Marketing in the Real estate industry.
- Experience in an MNC company that has relations with joint venture groups.

<Personality / Skills>
・Have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent leadership skills.
・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation
