<Job Responsibilities>
1. Design and develop an annual internal audit plan and be responsible for executing the internal audit.
2. Implement internal audit, identify any risks related to management and compliance, and conduct risk assessments that affect the company's business.
3. Report the risks identified based on the audit program. Follow-up action plans defined at departments to ensure that action plans are implemented effectively and minimize risks for the Company.
4. Check and maintain compliance with policies and procedures based on legal and company policies.
5. Create and maintain/update the procedure/document of the company approval process and authorization.
6. Assist in the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activity in the company as requested and report the results to Management and BOD.
7. Coordinate with other Divisions to monitor and control risk management, compliance, security legal, and external audit.
8. To prepare (draft) and review all the contract
9. Support and advise BOD and other Department managers to systemize and strengthen their management control and compliance to prevent risk.
10. To perform extra tasks as required by the internal audit management.
AUTHORITY
1. Implementation of an audit by auditing plans approved.
2. Control & check the countermeasure action plan actions after the audit program.
3. Take charge of the activities to build and perfect the processes of company policies.
4. Suggestion to modify the procedure as a rule to strictly control
5. Update and instruct the legal to all.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University degree in accounting or audit or legal
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Have management experience with internal audits, at least 3 years in the factory.
・PC skill: Word, Excell, Power Point…excellent
・Others
- Ability for analytical and logical thinking
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
- Professional qualifications such as CA/ CIA (certificate IA) or CPA or ACCA would be preferred
- Japanese communication preferred)
