Responsibility

- Creation of materials and quotations for new product development.
- Progress management of new product development until mass production.
- Translation and Interpretation support in each Department's meeting
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 22 ~ 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (from N2 level or higher. N3 level is acceptable if daily conversation is possible). 
・Experience: 2-year experience working in a manufacturing company.
・Personality: A bright personality and a strong emphasis on teamwork are essential.
・Skills: 
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
- Teamwork, Planning, Creative, Comprehensive, Problem Solving, Making Decision, Convince, Leadership
- Need to communicate with local and foreign customers
- Need to communicate with many people in the company
- Need to contact local and central authorities

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working in a manufacturing factory or sales experience
・English proficiency is a plus.
・Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
