Responsibility • Business Development for new clients who are currently sourcing products from other pump companies, or have not yet needed to purchase pumps to date • Visit clients and responsible for sales territory and growing customer number in the territory to meet the allocated sales budget set in conjunction with the Managing Director • Update notes and record into the CRM system • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of products • Understand client requirements and assist the Internal Technical Sales Engineers to provide quotations • Negotiate the price in line with the company’s pricing strategy and confirm contract terms and conditions to meet both the client's and company's needs • Provide technical support as required for the wider company team • Prepare to report and deliver presentations as required for the Managing Director • Provide input and feedback on market requirements for management to make informed decisions to improve

Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27 - 32 ・Gender: Male only ・Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar, or proven practical experience in pumps or related industries ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: At least 3 years in Project Sales in pump/ valve/ air systems/ M&E facility systems with proven strong sales and negotiation skills. ・Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles ・High level of computer proficiency including CRM database experience and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel ・Proven ability to draft and execute a detailed business plan for the allocated territory.
<Skills> - Communication skills: Strong integration and coordination between departments or personnel and ability to build genuine relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Decision making: Ability to identify customers’ challenges with alternative products and provide technical information along with a rational analysis in order to complete the sale. - Positivity and influence: Ability to build rapport quickly and influence clients naturally during the sales cycle. Able to remain in a positive and resilient frame of mind despite challenges faced associated with sales process. - Autonomy: Natural ability to work autonomously and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues. - Responsibility: Takes responsibility and accountability for the company and its employees, and upholds the Code of Conduct at all times.
