Job Description

We are currently seeking a competent and energetic Administrative cum HR Officer with at least 3 years of work experience to be based full-time at our Cambodia office.

An Administrative must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The candidate must also be able to speak in English and work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the individual must have solid organizational and computer skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Degree: Bachelor in Admin Business or related field.

Report to: Sales Manager Cambodia/ Headquater

Based: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Responsibilities:

* FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (To be train)

Collect invoice, documents from Internal accountant (from Head quater)

Submit monthly request on internal system, inclusive calculate tax via PRM's account

Prepare and submit monthly tax report (VAT, WHT) on system by Khmer language

Prepare and submit monthly SSO report on system by Khmer language

Pay monthly tax

Pay monthly SSO

Prepare and submit periodly tax report (VAT, WHT, CIT) on system by Thai language2 times/year

Prepare and submit periodly SSO report on system by Khmer language - 2 times/year

Prepare and update AP-AR file following received documents

Prepare and send monthly income and expense to accounting service to do annually accounting and Audit

Work with accounting service to prepare annually FS and Income Tax Return (Khmer, English)

Submit annually FS and Income Tax Return on CAM system

Pay annually Tax

Pay annually SSO

* HR & TRAININGS (Proficientcy)

Support handle Customs Department duty (project )

Request Company Certificate

Check payroll from C&B (1-2 headcount), double check income tax and social security

Submit others payment request on internal system, inclusive calculate tax via PRM's accountInput administrative data for Head Office on google drive

Responsible for other task assigned by PIC COMPANY

GOVERNANCE :Manage compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. annual returns, tax returns etc)
