Task 1:
- Responsible for managing and operating activities related to the administrative department, including:
· Coordinating vehicle and driver team
- Developing a monitoring and evaluation mechanism to ensure the operation of the above departments to promptly support about the company's operations and be implemented in the most effective way.
- Responsible for updating policies, procedures and regulations related to CTPAT, product security, food safety and administration to ensure compliance with the law and the needs of customers and the company in each period.
Task 2:
- Responsible for ensuring exterior landscape and 6S quality policy in HR room and the company.
- Supporting to arrange work related to administration as: arraging meeting room, document, letter, parcels, products.
Task 3:
- Coordinating with other department to organize activities and events for HR department and the company.
- Coordinating to conduct projects relating to HR strategy, compliance with customer’s requirements and suit with business strategy.
- Reporting to direct manager and performing other tasks as required of the manager (operation and specialize)
Task 4:
- Performing and monitoring procedures, services for foreigners including: work permit, visa, temporary residence card.
-Bachelor's degree in economics, HR, or equivalent qualifications.
Good conversational English
Proficiency in office computer
Managemental experience in the administrative field in large-scale manufacturing companies
Understanding the requirements of customers' standards for the garment industry is an advantage
To have the creativity that can accept changes
Being sharp, well organized, and dynamic person.
Good at management skills.
Good training, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
