Mô tả Công việc

Oversee budgetary management and disbursement of funds for office administration, encompassing utilities (electricity and water), catering, transportation (carpool and taxi services), and facility rentals.
Manage document storage, vehicle maintenance, custodial services, security, and catering operations.
Handle logistical arrangements for business travel, including visa applications, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and airfare.
Process monthly payments for telecommunications services (mobile phones, landlines, fax, and internet).
Manage the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of office supplies, uniforms, and other essential items.
Provide professional reception and guest services.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
Knowing Chinese is advantageous.
