1. Handle daily car arrangement and car mileage registration.
2. Make all kinds of tickets and hotel reservation.
3. Be responsible to order office supplies and daily necessities (purchasing, receiving, issuing, registration).
4. Follow up on maintain of office (light, air condition, and each equipment).
5. Maintain conference room booking
6. Prepare monthly budget (oil & toll) for the company car.
7. Summarize the monthly cost of air tickets/rental car and express.
8. Keep and maintain the First Aids Box.
9. Coordinate company activities.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
To assist Assistant Manager to complete daily administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner, and to execute Administration policies.
