MAIN PURPOSE:
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Brand Manager to support the management and implementation of our upcoming explosive marketing plans
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Marketing activities & Business acumen:
Assist Brand manager in developing and executing marketing strategies, including brand positioning and integrated marketing communication plan to achieve the brand and business objectives
2. Market research:
Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits
Support to conduct market research to explore consumer insights, market trends, and competitors’ movements, etc
3. New product development:
Propose ideas for new product development, including product concepts, packaging design, pricing, and create plans for product launch and communication
Liaise with related departments (R&D, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure the timeline
4. Others:
Follow up and control marketing expenses
Other tasks will be guided and assigned by Brand Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related
At least 3-year experience in the same position, within the FMCG, foods industry is a big plus
Keen on learning and responsibility
Strong at consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
Good at communication and teamwork skills
BENEFITS:
Salary: 15 - 20 million VND/month (based on ability)
