As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will be responsible for the following:
- Create and maintain comprehensive to-do lists, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- Prepare and review reports as assigned by the chairman, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in the creation, review, and editing of slides, presentations, documents, speeches, and other materials as required by the chairman.
- Take ownership of special projects and events as assigned by the chairman, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the chairman, offering insights and recommendations to enhance decision making processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the chairman and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Facilitate communication between various departments and the chairman while maintaining confidentiality
- Directly work with partners to receive guests, persuade, and convey information from the Chairman to partners about the company's business strategies.
Education
-Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or other business-related fields (An MBA or equivalent is preferred).
-If the degree granted by an institution in Vietnam, English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or higher is required.
Experience
-Minimum of 4 years of working experience, preferably in a technology business/start-up or management consulting
Skills
-Outstanding communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to organize, break-down and prioritize tasks effectively.
-A strong business mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
