JOB SUMMARY

Be responsible for quality system establishment and maintenance, setting quality standards, trouble shooting, data analysis by leveraging quality tools, leading or co-leading quality continual improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1.Set up and maintain quality system requirements, follow-up with the related execution

2.Track the quality results and drive the related improvements.

3. Support PQE to lead the quality incident investigation and drive / verify the related corrective actions.

4.Co-lead with PQE the quality data analysis to drive the related improvements

5.Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team’s capabilities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc

Experience

Fresher or have experience in li-ion battery factory is preferred.

Knowledge

Familiar with quality tools on trouble shooting, data analysis

Functional Skills

Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred

Other Abilities

 Frequent travel is needed
