We’re seeking a qualified assisstant sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal assisstant sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage wholesale and retail customer accounts in Central of Vietnam.
Work closely with sales team to achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
Analyse market trends & plan ahead to forecast sales for the region assigned.
Develop dealer and distributor network.
Identify potential opportunities for further business.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product developments in this space.
Maintain good long-term relations with key customers to increase market share.
Ensure timely payment by customers and monitor customer growth potentials.
Liaise efficiently and cooperatively with warehouse, accounts and affiliates.
Assist and participate in trade fairs.
Requirements:
Education Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of total experience of which minimum 2 years in sales distribution, preferably in a sporting goods/ apparel / footwear industry.
Outstanding sales record with high sales activity.
Aggressive, independent, self-motivated and customer – oriented individual.
