The incumbent is responsible for executing the activities of the Marketing Communications Department, both internally and externally to build and enhance Song De Group and its subsidiaries’ brand images and reputation.
Responsibilities
Participate in the development and implementation of marketing communications plan.
Create/proofread the contents for marketing communications materials: POSMs, event scripts, celebration/customers cards, website, etc. Ensure the brand messages are consistent, compelling, and aligned with the company's brand guideline.
Manage marketing communications materials for both internal and external communication channels (LED/TV screens, applications, etc.)
Coordinate and follow up with related stakeholders for the execution of corporate and project events, both internally and exterally.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments; and follow up their requests on branded merchandise.
Propose ideas and follow up production of corporate merchandise/gifts for special occasions: Events, Mid-Autumn, Christmas, New Year, etc.
Monitor budget of department activities.
Support media monitoring to track brand mentions and brand image.
Support market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
Responsible for administrative work including paperwork of contracts, payments, making arrangements with internal teams for meetings, travel, accommodations, etc.
Manage other businesses assigned by Director of Marcom.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Branding, Communications or Marketing. Work experience at MNCs is an advantage.
Experience of working with designers and brand guidelines to ensure creative assets conform to brand standards.
Detail-oriented, able to handle the execution, multi-task and work well under pressure.
