• To look for new clients, approaching clients, selling insurance and taking care of clients
• To keep and build good relationship with brokers
• To offer renewal quotations and new quotations for new clients/or new business via broker
• To request Business Processing Team to issue policy, endorsement, issue Chinese policies and send to clients
• To conduct non-life insurance seminars/trainings for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
• To execute risk survey at client’s site as basis for offering quotation and continue following up the recommendations of risk survey, if any
• To check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
• To prepare monthly & quarterly Gross Written Premium analysis report, expenses analysis report, Data checking
• To assist Line Management(s) in finishing Projection template report, estimated performance report and other reports assigned by Line Management(s)
• To coordinate with other divisions for all related jobs.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Management(s) or the Company.
• College / University Graduation.
• English fluency. Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus
• At least 2-year working experience in sales/marketing, prefer to have experience in non-life insurance field.
• Strong marketing sense.
• Experience in market research analysis
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
