We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to elevate both our corporate environment and client experiences through engaging Product demonstrations and R&D collaborations. The Barista will craft exceptional coffee beverages, maintain an inviting and organized coffee station, and play an integral role during sales presentations and video content creation. You will collaborate with the content team to showcase your coffee expertise and personality on camera, while also contributing to new product development with our R&D team.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages to meet company standards and exceed client expectations.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewing tools) and surrounding areas.

• Engage with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience during client meetings and demonstrations.

• Actively participate in R&D activities, using your coffee expertise to assist in the development of new products and beverage recipes, while working with premium brands like Rocket Espresso and Mazzer​.

• Collaborate with the Content team, demonstrating your coffee-making skills on camera for video production, showcasing equipment usage, coffee preparation techniques, and creative beverage ideas.

• Educate clients on the coffee-making process, equipment usage, and best practices during product demonstrations and client presentations.

• Stay informed about current coffee industry trends and apply that knowledge to improve coffee offerings and presentation techniques​​.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Proven experience as a Barista, R&B Beverage or in a similar role.

Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art. Expertise in using high-end coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to comfortable and confident working in front of the camera.

Flexible in terms of working location and working hours. Passion for F&B and a desire to educate others.
