Responsible for managing and controlling operation activities of Da Nang Branch’s Office.
Responsible for building and developing the freight forwarding business and expanding the customers and agency network.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build and develop freight forwarding business.
Lead sales team to achieve the set sales target.
Manage the operational activities of freight forwarding for the branch.
Provide operational direction to staff: custom clearance, customer service, accounting, administration, IT…
Train, coach and support to all staff for daily activities.
Be in charge of finance of the branch
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 5 years in freight forwarding industry and hold the management position for at least 3 years
Have good relationships with shipping lines, agency, good knowledge in logistics business (warehousing / inland-transporting market, relationship with trucking contractors, customs declaration)
