- Operations Management: Experience in overseeing and optimizing branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and quality control.
- Budgeting & Financial Acumen: Ability to manage branch budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Recruitment & Training: Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Data Analysis: Understanding of basic data analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the food supply industry, regulations, and best practices. (Preferred)
